Questionnaires

A survey is a list of items the participant answers before the IAT, after it, or both. Two surveys in one package is normal: one before, one after.

Item kinds the designer supports: header, instruction, image, true/false, date, Likert, multi-select, bounded text, bounded number, fixed digits, multiple choice, regular expression. Unique-response and weighted-multiple are gone. Do not look for them.

Nothing in a survey is anonymous just because it sits on this host. Answers are in the encrypted result file. You decrypt that file with the deploy password. If you asked for a birthday or a name, you have a birthday or a name.

Use a survey when you need a respondent id, consent language, or a question you will correlate with D. Do not use it as a second IAT.
